How do I track my order or delivery status?

Once your order is shipped, you receive a confirmation with the tracking details.
Tracking No. and courier partner details will be mentioned against your order on the website.

You can track your shipment with the tracking id on the courier partner’s website.

How long will it take for my purchase to be delivered?

We strive to ship your order within 4-5 working days from the day of purchase. However, delivery time to the customer is not within our control. There could be unforeseen delays from the courier partner and transporter’s end due to weather conditions or other reasons. You can check your order delivery status at any time in your account.

Why is my order not being shipped?

If your order has not been shipped, it could be because of any of the reasons outlined below:

  • A payment issue might have occurred when you placed the order.
  • The product(s) you ordered is out of stock.
  • The product(s) failed in quality check before dispatch. Each product we ship must meet our quality standards.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?

This is a rare occurrence. But if you find you received the wrong product, please raise the return request online:
To raise your request, follow these steps:

  • Sign in with your registered email id
  • Go to my account->order status->select the order number->click on return option.
  • Choose the item to be returned and select the reason.
  • Click confirm and your return request will be initiated.

Please make sure that the product should be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged with the original packaging and all tags intact.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

For a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, the sole clean.
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging.
  • It must have the original tags attached.
  • Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.
  • Footwear must be in the original shoe box.
How many days do I have to return my order?

Returns are free & easy within 30 days of receiving your order if they qualify as per our returns policy.

When and how will I get the refund?

The refund is initiated within 24 hours of the returned product passing our quality checks.

  • Account holder name
  • Account number
  • IFSC code

Prepaid – We will refund you via the same method (Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/Wallets) that you used to pay for the product.
The refund will reflect in 5-7 working days depending upon your bank.
If it’s been 7 working days or longer since you’ve received the notification and you still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us.

Do I need to create an account to buy from your online shop?

No, you don’t need to have an account to place an order. Only when you reach the checkout option and place your email, your account is automatically created. You can use the guest checkout option.

We suggest you create an account and use it for future purchases. Having an account can save you time during checkout as it saves your address details.

Can I add an item or change size after placing an order?

Changing the size or adding an item is not possible. However, you can cancel the order and place a fresh order.

What do I do if the money is debited from my account and the transaction is not successful?

Usually in such cases, if something goes wrong while placing an order and the money gets debited, the money is credited to your account within 24 hours. Please wait for 24 hours and if it is still not credited, please email/call us with the below details.

  • Transaction id
  • Order date and amount
  • Bank name and payment gateway
  • Customer name and contact number

We will initiate the refund to your account in 2 working days, which will reflect in your account in 5-7 working days.

How can I cancel my order?

You need to call our Customer Care number +91 8882521245 to cancel an order.
If the order is not dispatched then we will cancel the order immediately.
In case the order is already dispatched, we will try our very best to stop it. However, courier and transportation are not within our control. In case the delivery reaches you, you can refuse to accept the order.
