The refund is initiated within 24 hours of the returned product passing our quality checks.

Prepaid – We will refund you via the same method (Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/Wallets) that you used to pay for the product.
The refund will reflect in 5-7 working days depending upon your bank.
If it’s been 7 working days or longer since you’ve received the notification and you still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us.
Returns are free & easy within 30 days of receiving your order if they qualify as per our returns policy.
For a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, the sole clean.
- The product must be in its original state and packaging.
- It must have the original tags attached.
- Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.
- Footwear must be in the original shoe box.

To raise your request, follow these steps:
- Sign in with your registered email id
- Go to my account->order status->select the order number->click on return option.
- Choose the item to be returned and select the reason.
- Click confirm and your return request will be initiated.
Please make sure that the product should be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged with the original packaging and all tags intact.
